HighRI Optics’ superior optical resins are specially formulated with ultra-high refractive index and unparalleled optical transparency. Our specialized formulas combined with selectable curing methods (UV-light or heat) facilitate high-fidelity nanopatterning using Nanoimprint Lithography (NIL) or can be used as a coating with varying thicknesses to meet your application needs.
Our formulations come in two different types of formulations, with and without nanoparticle fillers. Our filler-less materials have the highest RI values amongst nanoimprintable polymers without nanoparticles. Higher refractive index values equal superior manipulation of light to enable smaller, brighter, and more efficient photonic devices.

Our team is capable of creating UV-curable high refractive index materials comprised of organic crosslinker and inorganic nanoparticles. The refractive index is tunable and can achieve 2.0 at 590 nm.
