High Refractive Index Material Portfolio

HighRI Optics’s propriety materials come in two different types of formulations to meet the customer’s application needs.

Polymer Formulation

UV or Thermally curable high refractive index materials are comprised of polymer formulations without an addition of metal oxide nanoparticles.  

NanoComposite Formulation

UV-curable high refractive index materials are comprised of organic crosslinker and inorganic nanoparticles.

High REfractive Index

Our proprietary formulation enables to achieve high refractive index value of 1.8 @ 590 wavelength

Nanoparticle Free

Unlike other high refractive index formulations, our material do not contain any metal oxide nanoparticles. 


HighRI_CP5 series can be nanoimprinted  using UV light or heat with excellent pattern fidelity. 

Our polymer formulation is not just a high refractive index, our unique technology enables us to achieve a high refractive index without the addition of metal oxide nanoparticles. We offer polymeric formulation with an RI value of 1.8 at 590 nm wavelength, which can be used for nanopatterning using nanoimprint lithography or as coatings.

HighRI-CP5 comes in two curing versions: thermal and UV light. Both versions of CP5 can be used as films or patterned.
